Overview

POS & Inventory Manager is designed as a local-first mobile POS and inventory app for small shops.

Data Stored

The app stores product, inventory, receipt, debtor, settings, activity, and audit data in a local SQLite database on the device.

Camera

The app asks for camera access only to scan product barcodes. Camera images are not uploaded by the app.

Network And Servers

This version does not use Firebase, cloud sync, or a remote backend. Data stays on the device unless the user chooses to share a backup export.

Backups

The backup feature exports local app data as JSON using the device share sheet. The destination is chosen by the user.

Data Sale

The app does not sell personal data.
